Reed’s Automotive is looking for a high-performing A-Level Technician who can diagnose, repair, and produce at a high level without drama, micromanagement, or slow shop politics.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and general repair work
• Produce approximately 40 billed hours per week
• Accurately identify issues and recommend proper repairs
• Work alongside a collaborative, production-focused team
• Maintain quality work while operating efficiently
• Use Tekmetric and digital inspection tools daily

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic ability
• ASE certifications preferred but not required
• Production-minded technician who takes pride in efficiency
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Ability to consistently deliver high-quality work
