Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Indiana physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, including post-op knee, hip, and shoulder care, and management of low back/neck pain.
  • Experience with EMR systems; Epic experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with therapeutic equipment such as estim, ultrasound, Hivamat, laser, AlterG, or Vector preferred.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Manual therapy skills preferred.
  • Experience treating adult ortho and neuro patient populations preferred.
  • Good team player, flexible, and strong work ethic preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Shift hours: 08:30–17:00.
  • Weekly guarantee: 36 hours.
  • Patient ratio: typically 1:1.
  • No float requirements.
  • No weekend or on-call requirements.

Impacting Patient Care

Provide high-quality outpatient orthopedic care including post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Use clinical skills and available therapeutic modalities to improve patient function and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient-centered plans of care. Your work will directly support recovery and functional independence for adult ortho and neuro patients.
