Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Surprise, AZ, providing outpatient care where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Arizona state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to the start of the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
  • Experience treating orthopedic conditions and post-operative rehabilitation preferred.
