Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Arizona Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Outpatient orthopedics experience required. Experience evaluating and treating orthopedic patient populations preferred.
  • Experience with comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and documentation consistent with outpatient clinic standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and progress patients toward discharge.
  • Ability to supervise or provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services and to participate in student education when assigned.
  • Maintain professional licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements. Adherence to state Practice Act and professional code of conduct required.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, schedule reflects typical clinic hours.
  • Schedule Pattern: 5x8 workweek.
  • Assignment Duration: 13-week assignment.
  • Clinical Focus: Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
