Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Nevada state PT license required to start the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Candidates with prior SNF experience in post-acute care, restorative programs, or rehab team collaboration are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, document per facility and regulatory standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Client-specific requirement: must be able to provide care in a skilled nursing facility environment and adhere to facility policies. Floating to other facilities may be required per client staffing needs.
