Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Tucson, AZ. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a hospital setting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in an acute care or hospital setting preferred.
- Experience with patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation in an electronic medical record preferred.
- Ability to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and students preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
- Experience with safe patient handling techniques and discharge planning preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift pattern: Day (5x8)
- Location: Tucson, AZ hospital setting.
