Works collaboratively and effectively with other administrative personnel, physicians and staff from other areas throughout the Hospital to enhance communication, share pertinent data and improve processes across the continum.<p></p><h1><span style="color:#005cb9"><b>Position Details:</b></span></h1><p></p><div><h1><span class="emphasis-2"><b><u>Manager-Nursing Services</u></b></span></h1></div><div><p><span class="emphasis-2"><b>Location: Mercy Hospital Southeast, Cape Girardeau, MO</b></span></p><p><span class="emphasis-2"><b>Department: Will lead both Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Cath Lab</b></span></p><h2><span class="emphasis-2"><b>Status: Full-Time - 40 hours/week - Salary Exempt</b></span></h2><h2></h2><p></p><h1><u><span class="emphasis"><b>Qualifications:</b></span></u></h1><ul><li><p><b>Education:</b><span> Graduate of an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><b>Licensure:</b> Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current Missouri RN license and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed. Must meet all state board of nursing requirements.</p></li><li><p><b>Experience: </b>Minimum three years nursing experience in procedural area. Previous leadership/management experience preferred.</p></li><li><p><b>Certifications:</b> BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification required within 90 days of hire.</p></li><li><p><b>Other:</b> Demonstrates skill in human relations and communications is required.
