This unit offers a strong clinical foundation with diverse patient needs, frequent assessments, and dynamic care coordination.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>The Medical‑Surgical RN provides direct patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
