This leadership role supports a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and staff support. You will oversee operations across child, adult, geriatric, and forensic units while helping maintain safe staffing and high-quality patient care.</p><p> </p><p><strong>How you'll contribute</strong></p><p>A Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor who excels in this role will:</p><p>Accurately assess patient care needs and support clinical decision-making across units<br>Ensure appropriate staffing levels and patient coverage throughout the hospital<br>Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing staff<br>Respond to patient care needs and assist with admissions or intake when needed<br>Support staff development, coaching, and performance management<br>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including TJC, CMS, and state regulations<br>Assist with scheduling, attendance monitoring, and payroll coordination<br>Perform direct patient care duties as needed<br>Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and efficient hospital environment</p><p> </p><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p>Applicants should have a current RN license in the state of Massachusetts and graduate from an accredited nursing program. Additional requirements include:</p><p>Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN accepted<br>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire<br>ACLS certification preferred<br>CPI or Handle With Care certification preferred<br>Behavioral Health or Psychiatric nursing experience preferred<br>Leadership or charge nurse experience strongly preferred<br>Strong communication, conflict resolution, and de-escalation skills<br>Ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment<br>Commitment to patient-centered and trauma-informed care</p><p> </p><p><strong>Schedule</strong></p><p>Part - Time, Days 12 hr Shifts </p><p><strong>Why join us</strong></p><p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
