Nurses enjoy set schedules, strong leadership support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients navigating mental health and substance abuse recovery.</p><p><strong>How you'll contribute</strong></p><p>A <strong>Registered Nurse (RN)</strong> who excels in this role:</p><ul><li>Assesses patients and plans care within established timeframes while documenting findings according to policies and procedures</li><li>Oversees and supervises the shift, including delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, and meal supervision</li><li>Ensures nursing policies and procedures are followed while delivering exemplary patient care</li><li>Monitors patients for changes in condition and responds appropriately, including physician notification when necessary</li><li>Administers medications in accordance with hospital policy</li><li>Uses empathy, dignity, and respect in all patient interactions</li><li>Delivers quality nursing care to ensure treatment plan goals are properly executed</li><li>Assists with and performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients</li><li>Performs timely and accurate documentation in the medical record</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate will have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and a passion for behavioral health nursing. Additional requirements include:</p><ul><li>Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire</li><li>Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 30 days of hire</li><li>Behavioral health or acute care experience preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 3x12, Days (7a-7p), rotating weekends</p><p><strong>Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 </strong></p><p><strong>Why join us</strong></p><p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
