Relationship Coach/Mental adviser(In-house online program)
About the Role:
We are seeking empathetic, thoughtful, and communication-focused individuals to join our platform as Relationship & Mental Coaches under CoachX for LiftTalk.
In this role, you will connect with users primarily based in North America who are seeking support, perspective, and guidance on relationship challenges, emotional well-being, and everyday life situations.
As a coach, you will provide one-on-one sessions through chat, voice, or video, helping users navigate topics such as dating, communication issues, stress, personal growth, and emotional concerns.
This is a non-clinical role focused on supportive conversation and practical guidance. It does not involve therapy or licensed mental health treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide supportive, engaging conversations through chat, voice, or video sessions.
Offer thoughtful guidance on relationships, communication, and personal challenges.
Help users reflect on situations and explore constructive perspectives.
Build trust through empathy, active listening, and non-judgmental communication.
Maintain consistent availability and respond promptly during working hours.
Adapt your communication style based on each user’s needs.

Work Schedule:
Flexible shifts: 20 or 40 hours per week.
Must align with peak activity hours in North America.

Compensation:
Commission:
Earn 50% commission per completed session.
Payments issued twice per month via the CoachX platform wallet.

Requirements:
Age 21 or above.
Fluent in English.
Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
Ability to listen actively and respond with empathy and clarity.
Comfortable engaging with users from North America.
Reliable availability during required hours.
Stable internet connection.
Access to both a smartphone and computer.
Quiet working environment.
