The question was deceptively simple: how could a young person standing at the threshold of adulthood, surrounded by universities and career advisors and workforce programs still not know where they belonged? Fuller had watched this happen for decades. Brilliant students, from every background imaginable, arriving at the door of their futures without a language to describe what they were looking for. Not because they weren't trying. Because the system wasn't designed to ask the right questions.
That walk became the founding moment of Voice Up Publishing, Inc. And what Voice Up has done in the sixteen months since is, by any honest account, remarkable not because it scaled quickly (though it did), but because of the particular human need it managed to locate and address. It found a gap that was always there, hiding in plain sight.
