"We believe many are searching and asking themselves an important question that re-occurs throughout their lifespan. Where do I belong?" THE GAP WITH NO NAME Fuller calls it the Naming Gap the space between a young person's lived experience and their ability to articulate what they want their life to mean. It is not a skills gap or an information gap. It is something more fundamental: a failure of language, of self-knowledge, of the kind of conversation that most institutions are simply not built to facilitate. The design of Voice Up is almost perversely modest in response to this problem. No campuses. No lecture halls. No armies of credentialed staff. The methodology is built around eight weeks of guided reflection, a set of five principles, and the disciplined creation of what Voice Up calls a safe space a judgment-free community where the question of purpose can be explored at full depth, without urgency or shame.
