This role bridges field operations and project management while ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily field activities with crews and superintendents Track production, quantities, and equipment usage Support safety and quality compliance (OSHA, MSHA, USACE) Assist with scheduling, surveying, and documentation Support SSHO or QC functions on USACE projects Qualifications & Requirements U.S. Work Eligibility Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Ocean, or Construction Engineering 5+ years marine or heavy civil construction experience TWIC (or ability to obtain) AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office proficiency
