HireLBS is hiring a Field Appointment Setter for one of our clients in the home restoration industry in Brandon, FL. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow in sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and appointment setting.

Pay: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission

Responsibilities:

* Generate leads and set appointments with homeowners
* Speak with customers about roofing and home restoration services
* Schedule inspections and consultations for the sales team
* Work in a field-based sales environment
* Meet daily and weekly goals

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills
* Motivated and goal-oriented attitude
* Reliable transportation required
* Sales, canvassing, customer service, or appointment setting experience is a plus
