Role Description

The Customer Success Manager owns the client relationship end‑to‑end, driving retention, growth, and satisfaction across a diverse B2B portfolio (business brokers, financial services, marketing agencies, SaaS/tech, and more).

You’ll lead onboarding, manage launches, coordinate with fulfilment, resolve issues quickly, and deliver monthly reporting. Because many clients rely on us for outbound performance, this role requires a strong understanding of email marketing, deliverability, and outbound campaign mechanics. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, high‑accountability environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and bridge between clients and the service team

  • Drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth through proactive relationship management

  • Build and manage client onboarding workflows

  • Track performance and prepare monthly reports

  • Resolve client issues quickly and professionally

  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities

  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and check‑ins

  • Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams

Qualifications 

  • 2+ years in account management, customer success, or relationship management

  • 2+ years in outbound email marketing

  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel (campaigns, automations, pipelines, reporting)

  • Experience using Monday.com for workflow and project coordination

  • Strong command of email tools for campaign setup and deliverability

  • Executive‑level communication with founders and C‑suite stakeholders

  • Clear written and verbal communication across email, Slack, and Google Meet

  • Confident virtual presentation skills

  • B2B account management experience, including retention, upsell, and cross‑sell

  • Ability to execute B2B outreach strategies using GoHighLevel
