We are looking for a dedicated Service & Sales Associate to join our jewelry boutique located inside Meijer. The Day-to-Day:
Guest Relations: Welcome Meijer shoppers and assist them in finding high-quality, accessible jewelry from our retail collections.
Service Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for jewelry repairs. You will perform detailed intake inspections, document the condition of items, and coordinate with our off-site master bench jeweler.
Operational Excellence: Manage daily sales and repair tracking through our POS system with a high level of accuracy.
Consultation: Explain repair processes and timelines to customers, ensuring they feel confident leaving their jewelry in our care.
What We're Looking For:
Retail or Luxury Experience: A background in jewelry is a plus, but we prioritize candidates with experience in retail, luxury goods, or high-touch service roles.
Tech Proficiency: You should be comfortable navigating POS systems and maintaining digital records.
Keen Attention to Detail: Essential for accurately describing customer jewelry during the intake process.
Reliability: Ability to work independently at our boutique while maintaining a professional presence.
