Production Technician

PayComplete is seeking a hands-on Production Lab Technician to support testing, troubleshooting, and preparation of products within our production facility

Responsibilities

- Test and prepare products per defined procedures.

- Minor assembly or kitting

- Inspect customer returns, perform fault analysis, and report quality issues.

- Execute tests on new products, identify failure modes, and suggest improvements.

- Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.

- Work with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues.

- Submit support tickets as needed.

- Perform light assembly and production support tasks.

- Manage tasks independently and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

- 1 3 years technician or related experience.

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

- Basic computer proficiency

- High school diploma or GED;

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred or required depending on site needs.
