We are a small, high-energy gastropub dedicated to elevated food. Our menu is a curated blend of American, Italian and French classics, and traditional Irish pub fare. We are looking for a passionate, hands-on leader to own our kitchen and keep our regulars coming back for more.
What You’ll Do
Menu Innovation: Help design and execute seasonal menus and daily specials.Kitchen Leadership: Help recruit, train, and mentor a small, tight-knit BOH team.Operations: Help manage inventory, food costs, and NJ health safety standards.
Who You Are
Experienced: 3+ years in a leadership role (Head or Sous Chef).Certified: Must hold a valid NJ ServSafe Food certification.Versatile: Skilled in diverse cooking techniques, specifically rustic international comfort food.
