Director of Training Restaurant division. Northern Virginia Based (Reston/DC area) Field and office based. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Director of Training to join a growing company. The role will require oversight of all management and crew training programs. 25+/- salaried managers and 500+ hourly employees. Requires high attention to detail coupled with necessary computer skills and management of required training modules. New unit opening experience is a requirement Single unit F&B sales volumes are in the $5M+ range. The Director of training will have direct reports for the restaurant training teams. $75K base salary range $20K+ annual bonus potential PTO Vacation Benefits Flexible schedule balanced between office administrative functions and field training.
