General Manager Catering/Sandwich Concept

This is an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to oversee operations for a new opening in the Harrisonburg, Virginia market.
This is a franchised operation in the growing fast casual/quick concept. The business has a heavy lunch and catering operation.
The ideal General Manager will have 2 years or more experience at the General manager level within a similar concept or competitor. Experience in the full service, fast casual, counter/sandwich segment will be valuable. No bar or late nights.
Heavy business catering experience will be a huge plus.

The General Manager will have high visibility with the ownership and senior leadership team.
General Managers will have strong team building skills, excellent P&L skills and understanding coupled with a passion for hospitality.
