Café style concept
The concept is days only with no night shifts.
$60,000 - $65,000 base salary
Five-day week.
Lucrative bonus and opportunity to advance to multi-unit GM level.
This is in a unique niche withing the healthy, fast casual segment.
The General Manager will need to understand kitchen operations with a heavy production capacity for the lucrative To Go and prepared meal program.
Strong leadership, hands-on with excellent guest relations skills are expected.
P&L management will be required and work directly with the owner.
