Performance Sales Specialist (Fixed-Term Contract)
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in performance marketing as pay-per-click specialist, account manager, analytical consultant or similar roles.
- Experience with digital advertising solutions (e.g., Google Ads, YouTube, programmatic, performance marketing).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in writing SQL code to analyze large data.
- Knowledge of Google’s product areas in performance advertising: search, shopping, performance max, and demand generation and key trends associated with those product areas.
- Ability to communicate in Polish or Ukranian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Ability to combine technical and financial data to differentiate and position the value of Google products, services, and solutions to create compelling product solutions with excellent data-driven analysis and reporting skills.
- Ability to understand stakeholder needs and make recommendations with excellent consultative skills.
- Excellent data visualization skills (e.g., Looker Studio).
