Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, direction, and supervision to all nursing staff
Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality care standards
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations
Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams
Manage staffing schedules, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Monitor patient outcomes and lead quality improvement initiatives
Oversee infection control, safety protocols, and risk management
Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications:

Active RN license in Nevada (required)
BSN required (MSN preferred)
1 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, Nurse Manager)
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar setting a plus
