Hardware Engineer, Camera Calibration, Devices and Services

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience using one of programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, C/C++/C# to do statistical methods (6s, SPC, Cpk) for data analytics.
- 2 years of experience working in imaging systems and camera technology.
- 2 years of experience in factory tests and calibrations for consumer electronics products for NPI and mass production.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP).
- Experience designing and executing development projects with a Design of Experiment (DOE) approach to service, troubleshoot, and solve engineering problems.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy manufacturing ready end-to-end calibration solutions including algorithms, software, methodology and hardware.
- Lead and drive cross-functional decisions on hardware and software development and architecture.
- Build quality evaluation and reporting systems. Debug and report on factory calibration issues.
- Analyze calibrations across factory, prototype, software, and end user experience.
- Innovate improvements in software and factory processes.
