Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).
  • 3 years of experience in coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in software focused programs or project management, business technology market and working with engineering, business and marketing teams in networking.
  • Experience in working with embedded devices, Consumer Electronics manufacturers, System on a Chip (SoC) providers, Pay TV Operators, Music device manufacturers, or Automotive companies.
  • Experience with Television/Consumer Electronics/Automotive/Music/embedded space, and with operating system architecture and application ecosystem.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives in an ambiguous environment with attention to details.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation reviews, advocate for new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical tests.
  • Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner’s integration by providing documentation and technical guidance.
  • Identify, drive, and optimize the business growth flow from existing and new business opportunities by leveraging YouTube technologies.
  • Collaborate with global music devices partners to accelerate and enhance YouTube Music integrations across supported devices, including speakers, headphones, and automotive vehicles.
