Solutions Consultant, Google for Education
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Generative AI Leader ; Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer certified; or a related or competitive equivalent professional accreditation.
- Experience with endpoint devices and the growing ecosystem of browser-based applications and collaboration tools, in a workplace/school digital transformation projects.
- Experience in architecting cloud based analytics systems, and with dashboards.
- Experience in selling or deploying similar products like Google’s collaboration and AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Workspace, Classroom, Chromebook) in either education or enterprise setting.
- Knowledge of regional end user computing technology and EdTech market needs, competitive insights and latest industry trends.

Responsibilities
- Identify customer business and academic requirements to design and architect solutions that integrate Google for Education toolsets into their existing infrastructure.
- Act as a technical advocate for Google for Education, promote its capabilities in customer-facing meetings, workshops, and public events.
- Work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to provide customer feedback, influence the product roadmap, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present compelling demonstrations of Google for Education tools, including Gemini, Workspace, and Chrome, and address technical questions that arise throughout the sales and adoption process.
- Take responsibility for technical aspects of solutions to include activities such as bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work and the coordination of supporting technical resources.
