Art & Nature Instructors

di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art is currently hiring seasonal staff for Camp di Rosa: Art + Nature, our immersive summer day camp program for children ages 6 11.

We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals for the following positions:
• Art Instructors
• Nature Instructors

If you’re passionate about art and/or the outdoors (hopefully both!), enjoy working with children, and want to spend your summer in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Napa County, we’d love to hear from you.

Camp di Rosa combines hands-on artmaking, environmental education, hiking, outdoor exploration, games, and creative play across di Rosa’s unique 217-acre campus in Carneros.

Camp Schedule
Camp runs Monday Friday throughout the month of July, with four week-long camp sessions:
• July 6 10
• July 13 17
• July 20 24
• July 27 31

Daily camp hours are approximately 8:00 AM 4:00 PM. Staff must be available for all camp weeks, as well as two paid training days in late June.

Location
di Rosa Center for Contemporary Art is located in Carneros, approximately 10 15 minutes from both the cities of Napa and Sonoma.

Ideal candidates are:
• Energetic, reliable, and collaborative
• Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Passionate about engaging youth through creativity and exploration
• Experienced in education, art instruction, recreation, environmental education, or related fields (preferred but not required)
