WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Primary point of contact for clients seeking credit & banking advisory
Handle high volumes of calls, emails & live chat with empathy
Educate clients on financial products and credit improvement programs
Resolve complaints and escalations within defined SLA timelines
Meet KPIs: CSAT scores, first-call resolution, and response time

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years in customer service
Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Working knowledge of credit scores, loans & consumer banking

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$42,000 $65,000 annual salary
