Portfolio Manager

A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager to oversee multiple business units and drive growth through operational excellence and M&A activities.



Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of acquired companies and lead cross-functional execution efforts
Coach local business unit leaders in best practices and operational excellence
Engage in M&A activities, including business development, due diligence, and negotiations


Required Qualifications

University degree; MBA is a plus
At least 10 years of relevant experience in transactions and management roles
Experience in software and technology sectors
Proven track record in M&A, including negotiation and financial analysis
Strong project management skills with leadership experience in business development
