Junior Teacher Acquisition Manager

A company is looking for a Junior Teacher Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders) to connect teachers with students and ensure high-quality classes.



Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with over 2000 freelance teachers regarding acquisition topics
Post job advertisements, screen applications, and conduct interviews for potential online teachers
Support daily communication with candidates and manage course assignments for teachers


Required Qualifications and Education:

Advanced level of English (C1/C2) and advanced knowledge of German
Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field
Experience or interest in Recruitment/HR or Business Administration/Project Management
Knowledge of Italian or other languages (French, Spanish) is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently in project management
