Repossession Manager

A company is looking for a Repossession Manager responsible for managing the repossession process of homes associated with delinquent home loans.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations to identify properties at risk of repossession and assess occupancy and lot rent status
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to repossession while collaborating with legal professionals
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and prepare necessary documentation for legal proceedings


Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in home loan repossession, preferably in the manufactured housing industry
Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting timelines
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Willingness to maintain a high level of integrity
Comfort with learning new technologies, including Microsoft systems and proprietary software
