A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Customer Experience Business Product Management.



Key Responsibilities

Develop overall OTC product strategy and roadmap to achieve business outcomes
Analyze markets and customer needs to identify high-potential opportunities in OTC product capabilities
Lead and manage a team to refine and implement the OTC product strategy and collaborate with cross-functional partners


Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience OR Master's degree and 6 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams/projects
MBA with 3+ years of strategy, management, or technology consulting experience preferred
Experience in leading operations focused on customer success and revenue growth
Understanding of E2E supply chain business processes and experience with SAP Order to Cash processes preferred
