Smith in Halawa, HI. The objective of this work is to support the evaluation and development of practices and procedures with data related management to support Combatant Commands in determining real-time, mission-critical decisions.Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Developing, testing, and evaluating tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) comprised of JSN (Joint Sustainment Network) procedures, data architecture, and decision processes that will enable Combatant Commands to see, understand, direct, and synchronize theater sustainment operations.Basic Qualifications:
- Experienced in developing high-level requirements for software development and acquisition, with a focus on business requirements and functional requirements, or epic and user story development.
- Experienced in acquisition documentation including statements of need, software initial capabilities document, requirements road map, requirements traceability matrix, performance objectives and standards, risk analysis, independent government cost estimate, and stakeholder consensus.
- Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence software tools.
- Requires 4 to 10 years of experience in business analysis.
- Active Secret security clearance.Desired Skills:
- Previous experience with Joint Test & Evaluation or operational testing.
