Senior Manager of Software Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead their Core Web engineering team.



Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple teams of full stack engineers and BI developers to deliver on the product roadmap
Ensure quality and consistency of software architecture and technical design for core web products
Mentor and guide software engineers while fostering a culture of excellence


Required Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science, Math, or other STEM-related fields
10+ years of experience in Software Engineering
3+ years in People Management roles
Strong technical skills in software design and development, particularly with UI frameworks and microservices
Experience with Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
