Development and Communications Associate

A company is looking for a Development & Communications Associate to support fundraising, grants compliance, and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Research and develop grant proposals, including writing narratives and coordinating submissions
Create marketing materials and written content for various platforms to promote the organization's mission
Assist in launching major gifts campaigns and coordinate fundraising events

Required Qualifications

An undergraduate degree
Minimum two years of experience in non-profit fundraising or marketing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
Experience with graphic design programs and basic HTML/web knowledge is a plus
Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus but not required
