Senior Retirement Specialist

A company is looking for a Consultant - Pension Plans - System Wide.



Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day administration of defined benefit plans
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for pension plans
Assist in data management and interface maintenance between systems and providers


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in defined benefit plan administration
Experience in project management with large employers and multiple plans
Knowledge of employee benefit plans and related laws and regulations
Experience working with outsourced DB plan administrators/recordkeepers
Experience with HRIS systems and payroll/data feeds
