Global Compensation Analyst

A company is looking for a Global Compensation Analyst.



Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparation of US domestic and global cost estimates considering tax implications
Implement internal control procedures to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
Audit cost estimates and provide feedback, ensuring compliance with policies


Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in global compensation and/or assignment/relocation consulting
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, International Management, or a related field preferred
Excellent Excel skills including formulas, v-lookups, and pivot tables
Understanding of worldwide tax and social security liabilities is advantageous
Prior payroll knowledge and/or experience preferred
