HR and Payroll Administrator
A company is looking for a Human Resources and Payroll Administrator to provide HR and payroll support remotely. Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain personnel records and conduct onboarding/offboarding
Prepare and execute payrolls across multiple states and handle payroll-related inquiries
Create HR documents and reports, ensuring data integrity in HRIS systems
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of prior experience in HR and payroll
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word, including pivot tables and formulas
Experience with HRIS software (iSolved, Paychex, Paylocity, ADP)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong organizational and time management skills
