A company is looking for a Growth & Business Development Specialist to manage new business processes and support growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Manage the lead capture process in Salesforce and qualify opportunities
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting them to the Growth leads
Conduct background research for pitches and manage logistics for presentations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business development within communications or marketing
Proven experience in business development or procurement
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Google Slides, Sheets, and Docs; experience with Salesforce is a plus
Exceptional self and team management skills
