Team Associate I
A company is looking for a Team Associate I to perform multi-functional clerical and operational duties in a team-based environment. Key Responsibilities
Receive and direct incoming calls and visitors, responding to inquiries and making referrals
Maintain manual and automated record-keeping systems, processing and filing team documents
Operate office equipment and prepare reports, worksheets, and correspondence
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Three years of experience in clerical work
General knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment
Ability to work effectively in a self-directed team environment
Skill in performing a broad range of clerical tasks, including data entry and report preparation
