Senior Help Desk Technician
A company is looking for a Sr. Helpdesk Technician to provide end-user support and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities
Provide professional end-user support via telephone, email, or web submissions
Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
Track incidents and calls, ensuring timely and accurate data entry into the database
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of ServiceNow and Active Directory
Experience with Microsoft Office / O365 and browser troubleshooting (specifically Chrome)
0-1 year of relevant experience required
Familiarity with SCCM, mobility, Adobe, Cisco WebEx, and MAC troubleshooting
