California Licensed Compliance Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Compliance Specialist responsible for developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures based on current laws and regulations
Conduct risk assessments and compliance investigations, including tracking key metrics and trend analysis
Support the execution of the Spend Transparency program and assist in training related to the Compliance Program


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Juris Doctor (JD) or advanced degree preferred
4+ years of project management and business analysis experience
5+ years of experience in corporate compliance, legal, or risk management
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is a strong plus
Familiarity with anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws is a plus
