Customer Operations Leader
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Leader to manage customer inquiries and service requests. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate service calls
Schedule and process service requests, ensuring compliance with service agreements
Manage purchase requisitions and out-of-scope charges for service events
Required Qualifications:
B.A/B.S. Degree or Associate Degree, or 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is desirable
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Fluency in English and the country language for assigned customers
