Senior Manager Fusion Safety

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Fusion Safety and Regulation.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the international working group on fusion safety
Ensure the timely delivery of critical outputs, including white papers and recommendations on fusion safety and regulation
Facilitate communication and collaboration with industry leaders, policymakers, and advocacy groups


Required Qualifications and Education

Advanced degree in nuclear engineering, energy policy, environmental science, physics, or a related field
10+ years of relevant experience in nuclear safety, regulation, or fusion energy
Proven track record of producing high-impact policy documents related to nuclear or fusion energy
Strong background in engaging with regulatory bodies and industry leaders
Familiarity with advocacy and public engagement strategies related to fusion energy technologies
