A company is looking for a Sales Director - Head of BDE's in North America. Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 12 Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to potential clients in the financial industry
Provide training, coaching, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales management experience with a focus on new business development
Minimum 3 years of selling experience in a service industry
Proven track record with Global Strategic Accounts, preferably in financial services
Experience in managing teams in an international environment
Formal sales training experience is a plus
