Enrollment Coach

A company is looking for an Enrollment Coach to support prospective students through their inquiry, application, and admission phases.



Key Responsibilities

Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration while providing exceptional customer service
Advise prospective students on suitable programs and communicate program requirements
Maintain an accurate roster of prospective students in the CRM and provide feedback to the enrollment team


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales
Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or student database
Ability to work autonomously and achieve enrollment results
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings
