Equity Operations Analyst
Equity Operations Analyst needs 5 years of experience with global equity programs preferred
Equity Operations Analyst requires:
Prior experience with Oracle/Fusion and EEO preferred
• Strong problem solving skills used to effectively influence decision making and identify the root causes of issues. Excellent analytical skills
• Strong organization, planning and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks to meet team requirements and deadlines
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high volume environment
• Ability to manage vendors appropriately
• Strong MS Excel and MS Word skills
• Functional knowledge of current ERISA, Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act regulations in order to assist with plan compliance
• 100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions. May require some travel (less than 5%).
Equity Operations Analyst duties:
• Support the accurate and timely administration of global equity programs, including restricted stock units (RSUs) and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
• Handle the operational processes, maintain data integrity in Oracle/Fusion and ETRADE’s Equity Edge Online (EEO), and deliver timely reporting to internal stakeholders, including Finance, Payroll, Legal and the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) as needed.
• Assist with ensuring that the equity programs are compliant with internal policies and global regulatory requirements.
