Oracle Fusion Payroll HCM
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll
Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Payroll solutions
Design integration strategy across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, Financials, etc.)
Manage payroll data migration, validation, and end-to-end testing (SIT, UAT)
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and integrations
Work with HDL, HCM Extracts, REST/SOAP APIs for data and system integration
Handle payroll processing issues including retro calculations, costing, and reconciliations
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing cycles
Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations (federal, state, and local)
Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements
Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM / Payroll systems
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll experience
Strong experience as a techno-functional lead or architect in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
Deep understanding of US Payroll (taxation, retro pay, costing, year-end processing)
Strong knowledge of HCM data model, security, and integration frameworks
Expertise in Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and HCM Extracts
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Must be willing to relocate and work onsite in California
