Experienced Dental Front Office Concierge

Our established specialty periodontal and implant practice is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Dental Front Office Concierge to join our team.

This is a full-time front office position focused on patient experience, communication, scheduling, and coordination. Please note this is not a management role.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and warmly welcome patients

• Schedule consultations and coordinate new patient appointments

• Gather records, referrals, and required documentation

• Verify insurance benefits and review financial information with patients

• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling

• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental front office experience required

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced specialty office

• Experience with dental software and insurance verification preferred
